New/revised sections of this bulletin are indicated by a black bar in the margin area. This bulletin provides information to inspect, and if necessary, replace the Tire Mobility Kit (TMK) sealant can or sealant can cap on certain 2023-2024MY Kia vehicles listed on page 7. Lower ambient temperatures can create a vacuum effect inside the TMK sealant can, causing the sealant can cap to open, resulting in the tire sealant leaking.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2024/MC-11007861-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2024/MC-11007861-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/11007861","components":[{"id":"wheels","name":"Wheels","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"KIA","model":"EV6","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2023_kia_ev6","2024_kia_ev6"]},{"make":"KIA","model":"FORTE","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2023_kia_forte","2024_kia_forte"]},{"make":"KIA","model":"NIRO","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2023_kia_niro","2024_kia_niro"]},{"make":"KIA","model":"NIRO EV","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2023_kia_niro","2024_kia_niro"]},{"make":"KIA","model":"NIRO PHEV","year_from":2023,"year_to":2024,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2023_kia_niro","2024_kia_niro"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
