This condensation may be due to extended overseas shipping in a high humidity environment and will clear on its own with no service necessary in most cases. A thin film of mist that forms and covers less than 50% of the inside of the lamp that clears is normal and may take as long as 48 hours to dissipate in dry weather conditions. Circular droplets that may appear but do not form a vertical drip are also normal and may take up to 1 week in dry weather conditions to fully dissipate. Condensation that does not clear after 1 week in dry weather conditions or that forms drip marks, streaks or a water puddle inside the lens is not normal and should be resolved with lamp replacement as necessary. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 417-01 if lamp replacement is necessary.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2024/MC-10251957-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2024/MC-10251957-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10251957","components":[{"id":"lighting","name":"Lighting","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"LINCOLN","model":"NAUTILUS","year_from":2024,"year_to":2024,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2024_lincoln_nautilus"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
