This is incorrect and opposite to what is displayed in the center display screen. The direction of travel should be to the right (or counter clockwise) around the roundabout. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in October 2023. Replacement/reprogramming of the IPC will not resolve this condition. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10241549-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10241549-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10241549","components":[{"id":"electrical","name":"Electrical system","parent":null},{"id":"instrument-cluster","name":"Instrument cluster","parent":"electrical"}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"ESCAPE","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2023_ford_escape"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
