This may be due to the internal logic within the headlamp switch. Switch and/or module replacement will not resolve this condition. Headlamp operation is not affected while the vehicle is ON. A new headlamp switch is currently under development to correct this condition. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and schedule a follow-up appointment in July 2023, when parts are expected to become available. Follow up with the customer to confirm the appointment once OASIS is updated with the repair information.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10236584-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10236584-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10236584","components":[{"id":"lighting","name":"Lighting","parent":null}],"codes":["B1533"],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"MUSTANG MACH E","year_from":2021,"year_to":2022,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_ford_mustang-mach-e","2022_ford_mustang-mach-e"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
