This may be due to a faulted graphics interface processor (GIP) in the IPC Module. If a vehicle exhibits this condition, use the Ford Diagnostic and Repair System (FDRS) to determine if the GIP is communicating. To confirm GIP communication, start a session with the vehicle using FDRS. From the Vehicle Info tab, select IPC. Under Module Details, if device identification (DID) F120 indicates Null, the GIP is faulted, and the IPC module (base part number: 10849) requires replacement. Do not replace the IPC display for this condition. For claiming, use causal part 10849 and M-time.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10236337-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10236337-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10236337","components":[{"id":"electrical","name":"Electrical system","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"F-250 SD","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2023_ford_f-250"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-350 SD","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2023_ford_f-350"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-450 SD","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2023_ford_f-450"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-550 SD","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2023_ford_f-550"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-650 SD","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2023_ford_f-650"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-750 SD","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2023_ford_f-750"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
