Cause There may be interruptions to WiFi as a result of external interference. This is particularly observed around toll bridges. Remedy There is currently no remedy and replacing hardware does not resolve the problem. An alternative option would be to use Apple CarPlay wired. In the FUP4 variant of the head unit software (Q1/2024), stability improvements have been made to the Wi-Fi connection.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10235669-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10235669-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10235669","components":[{"id":"electrical","name":"Electrical system","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG C43","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG EQE","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG EQS","year_from":2022,"year_to":2022,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG EQS 53","year_from":2022,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG SL55","year_from":2022,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG SL63","year_from":2022,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"C 300","year_from":2022,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQE 350+","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQE 500","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQE350","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQE350+","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQE500","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS 450","year_from":2022,"year_to":2022,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS 450+","year_from":2022,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS 580","year_from":2022,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS450","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS450+","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"EQS580","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLC 300","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 500","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 500","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 500 4MATIC","year_from":2022,"year_to":2022,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 560","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 580","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 580 4MATIC","year_from":2022,"year_to":2022,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"S 580 E","year_from":2023,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-MAYBACH","model":"S 580","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-MAYBACH","model":"S 580 4MATIC","year_from":2022,"year_to":2023,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-MAYBACH","model":"S 680 4MATIC","year_from":2022,"year_to":2022,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
