To confirm a vehicle is built with minor feature code FAJAK, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number in the upper left-hand corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). To correct this condition, replace rear brake disc (ML14-2A315-BC) and rear brake pads, caliper pin bolts, brake pad clips, and retraction springs (ML3Z-2200-E) on both sides of the vehicle. Refer to Workshop Manual Section 206-04 Rear Disc Brake. For claiming, use causal part number 2552 and applicable labor times from Section 02 of the Service Labor Times Standard Manual. NOTE: Using incorrect service parts on the braking system could impair brake performance.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10233651-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10233651-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10233651","components":[{"id":"brakes","name":"Brakes","parent":null},{"id":"parking-brake","name":"Parking brake","parent":"brakes"}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"F-150","year_from":2021,"year_to":2022,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_ford_f-150","2022_ford_f-150"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
