If this symptom is exhibited have the technician inspect connector C1062 at the pressure transducer for corrosion and/or terminal fretting. The pins in this connector may be worn creating the intermittent A/C operation. Technicians can perform a wiggle test at this connector to duplicate the issue. If the concern can be duplicated with a wiggle test, replace the pigtail service connector and the pressure transducer sensor and install dielectric grease inside both to prevent reoccurrence.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10232419-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10232419-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10232419","components":[{"id":"equipment","name":"Equipment and accessories","parent":null}],"codes":["C1062","P0532"],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"BRONCO","year_from":2021,"year_to":2022,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_ford_bronco","2022_ford_bronco"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
