The issue will resolve itself once the brake pedal is no longer depressed or the parking brake is manually disengaged. This may be due to the software within the anti-lock brake (ABS) module. This issue can be avoided by placing the vehicle in accessory mode for a few seconds before starting the engine. Engineering is working on improved software to correct this condition that will be available in November 2022. No repairs should be made in attempt to correct this condition. Monitor OASIS for updates.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2022/MC-10216539-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2022/MC-10216539-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10216539","components":[{"id":"brakes","name":"Brakes","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"BRONCO","year_from":2021,"year_to":2022,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_ford_bronco","2022_ford_bronco"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
