The previous software update did not fully address the intended concerns. INFINITI is launching a new CSI that will provide clients with a free Infotainment software update, which includes Wireless Apple CarPlay®. The CSI will be available until June 30, 2022. The update will bring the vehicle’s software to current production level, improve system overall performance, and enable client’s use of Apple CarPlay® wirelessly. For more information on Apple CarPlay®, please refer to: INFINITI Apple CarPlay® Features & FAQs INFINITI’s InTouch system is designed to improve the driving experience. Certain Model Year 2020 and 2021 INFINITI vehicles are already equipped with Apple CarPlay® to enhance iPhone users’ experience with iOS13 and later, but they currently require a USB cord connection to an iPhone to use.
