At that time, ZF provided a guide for upgrading the ReAX module from the then-current 14F level software to the new 14G level software. Although the 14G reflash addressed different performance issues for different customers, a single slide deck was prepared for ZF?s customers explaining the overall reflash procedure. This communication was identified during a review of the current software reflash TSB, which upgrades the existing 14G level software to the most recent 14H level software.
