This can cause the ePTO to become loose from its mounting bracket, resulting in excessive vibration. The fasteners may need to be replaced with new, correctly installed fasteners. Customers should inspect the ePTO mounting fasteners no later than the next preventive maintenance interval or 120 days from the receipt of this SIL, whichever comes first. If repair is required, order and install the specified mounting kit or schedule the installation of the kit by Altec. If cap screw(s) are missing, take the unit out of service until the kit has been installed.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2022/MC-10208113-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2022/MC-10208113-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10208113","components":[{"id":"equipment","name":"Equipment and accessories","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":["maintenance"],"vehicles":[{"make":"ALTEC","model":"AERIAL DEVICE","year_from":2015,"year_to":2020,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
