Some vehicles may have a condition where, in the very rare event that the evaporative emissions vapor line connecting the fuel tank to the evaporative emissions canister becomes completely blocked or clogged, no warning lights or messages are provided to the driver, and no diagnostic trouble codes are set. When this condition is present, filling the vehicle with gas will be challenging. Multiple filling nozzle shut-offs will occur every few seconds when trying to add gas to the tank no matter which gas pump or filling station is used. Dealers are to replace completely blocked fuel tank to evaporative canister tubes as necessary. The repairs will be made at no charge to the customer.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2019/MC-10207720-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2019/MC-10207720-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10207720","components":[{"id":"engine","name":"Engine","parent":null},{"id":"fuel-system","name":"Fuel system","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"CHEVROLET","model":"CITY EXPRESS","year_from":2015,"year_to":2016,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2015_chevrolet_city-express","2016_chevrolet_city-express"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
