This may be due to an excessive gap between the exterior mirror cover and the glass housing. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in October 2021. Replacement of the mirror and/or mirror cover will not resolve this condition. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2021/MC-10200997-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2021/MC-10200997-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10200997","components":[{"id":"visibility","name":"Glass, wipers and mirrors","parent":null},{"id":"mirror","name":"Mirrors","parent":"visibility"}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"BRONCO","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_ford_bronco"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
