THEN, when restarting the engine: - The engine will crank but not start OR - The engine will start, but the engine will not respond to throttle pedal input AND - One or both of the following Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) related DTCs are found stored in the ECM: - P2100 (ETC MOT PWR-B1) - P2101 (ETC FNCTN/CIRC-B1) ACTION: Replace the Intelligent Power Distribution Module (IPDM) with the one listed in the PARTS INFORMATION section of this bulletin. - Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), section PCS-Power Control System, for IPDM removal and installation.
