This may be due to the module already being at the latest software level. A later software level may have been programmed at the assembly plant, during a previous dealer visit or by an over the air (OTA) update for vehicles that have automatic updates enabled in the SYNC system settings. To review a vehicle's OTA update history, visit the Connected Vehicle > OTA Dashboard tab in OASIS. Information about the OTA Dashboard can be found on FMCDealer.com when performing a search on OTA History Job Aid.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2021/MC-10191521-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2021/MC-10191521-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10191521","components":[{"id":"driver-assistance","name":"Driver assistance","parent":null},{"id":"backup-camera","name":"Backup camera","parent":"driver-assistance"}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FORD","model":"BRONCO SPORT","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_ford_bronco-sport"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"EDGE","year_from":2018,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2018_ford_edge","2019_ford_edge","2020_ford_edge","2021_ford_edge"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"ESCAPE","year_from":2020,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2020_ford_escape","2021_ford_escape"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"EXPEDITION","year_from":2018,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2018_ford_expedition","2019_ford_expedition","2020_ford_expedition","2021_ford_expedition"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"EXPLORER","year_from":2020,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2020_ford_explorer","2021_ford_explorer"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-150","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_ford_f-150"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-250 SD","year_from":2018,"year_to":2021,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2018_ford_f-250","2019_ford_f-250","2020_ford_f-250","2021_ford_f-250"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-350 SD","year_from":2018,"year_to":2021,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2018_ford_f-350","2019_ford_f-350","2020_ford_f-350","2021_ford_f-350"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-450 SD","year_from":2018,"year_to":2021,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2018_ford_f-450","2019_ford_f-450","2020_ford_f-450","2021_ford_f-450"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"F-550 SD","year_from":2018,"year_to":2021,"match":"base","vehicle_ids":["2018_ford_f-550","2019_ford_f-550","2020_ford_f-550","2021_ford_f-550"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"MUSTANG","year_from":2018,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2018_ford_mustang","2019_ford_mustang","2020_ford_mustang","2021_ford_mustang"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"MUSTANG MACH E","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2021_ford_mustang-mach-e"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"RANGER","year_from":2019,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2019_ford_ranger","2020_ford_ranger","2021_ford_ranger"]},{"make":"FORD","model":"TRANSIT","year_from":2018,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2018_ford_transit","2019_ford_transit","2020_ford_transit","2021_ford_transit"]},{"make":"LINCOLN","model":"AVIATOR","year_from":2020,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2020_lincoln_aviator","2021_lincoln_aviator"]},{"make":"LINCOLN","model":"CORSAIR","year_from":2020,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2020_lincoln_corsair","2021_lincoln_corsair"]},{"make":"LINCOLN","model":"MKX","year_from":2007,"year_to":2007,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2007_lincoln_mkx"]},{"make":"LINCOLN","model":"MKX","year_from":2018,"year_to":2018,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2018_lincoln_mkx"]},{"make":"LINCOLN","model":"MKX","year_from":2019,"year_to":2020,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"LINCOLN","model":"NAUTILUS","year_from":2019,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2019_lincoln_nautilus","2020_lincoln_nautilus","2021_lincoln_nautilus"]},{"make":"LINCOLN","model":"NAVIGATOR","year_from":2018,"year_to":2021,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2018_lincoln_navigator","2019_lincoln_navigator","2020_lincoln_navigator","2021_lincoln_navigator"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
