If no additional DTCs or symptoms are present, clear keep alive memory and transmission adaptive tables with the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool, and perform an adaptive learning drive cycle. Transmission replacement is not necessary. Inform customers that a further improved calibration will be available in early March 2021. Let the customer know they can continue to drive the vehicle after performing this SSM, and schedule a service appointment for early March 2021.
