In this case, the requirements of FMVSS 110 might not be fulfilled. The equipped Michelin Tour A/S tires can be operated safely up to a tire pressure of 50 psi (350 kPa). Thus, operation of the tires with a tire pressure according to the tire pressure listed on the placard 46 psi (320 kPa) or according to the tire pressure specified on the tire sidewall 43 psi (300 kPa) would have no adverse safety consequences or affect the performance of the vehicle. Therefore Mercedes Benz AG intends to file a petition for \"inconsequential noncompliance\".","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2020/MC-10184796-0001.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2020/MC-10184796-9999.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10184796","components":[{"id":"equipment","name":"Equipment and accessories","parent":null},{"id":"labels-manuals","name":"Labels and manuals","parent":null},{"id":"tires","name":"Tires","parent":null},{"id":"tpms","name":"Tire pressure monitoring","parent":"tires"}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"AMG GLE43","year_from":2020,"year_to":2020,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLE 350","year_from":2020,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLE 350 E","year_from":2020,"year_to":2020,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLE 450","year_from":2020,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLE 580","year_from":2020,"year_to":2020,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLS 450","year_from":2020,"year_to":2020,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLS 580 4MATIC","year_from":2020,"year_to":2020,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLS450","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]},{"make":"MERCEDES-BENZ","model":"GLS580","year_from":2021,"year_to":2021,"match":null,"vehicle_ids":[]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
