If no additional codes or symptoms are present, clear the DTC with the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool and schedule a follow-up appointment for service mid-September. Inform the customer that engineering is working to implement a solution and advise the customer that they can continue to drive the vehicle. Once available, contact the customer and confirm a service appointment.
