Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set: B1F04-15 - Mirror Fold Control-Circuit Short To Battery Or Open. This DTC cannot be cleared without resetting the modules. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Exterior mirrors do not return to the original position after shifting out of reverse gear. Exterior mirrors continue to tilt downwards even after shifting out of reverse gear.
