Since date of manufacture, sample analysis have confirmed that viscosity of material has increased beyond specification range. No definitive cause can be found for the viscosity increase. CORRECTIVE/PREVENTATIVE ACTION: A manufacturing process change, by Dow, has been instituted (does not impact raw materials or recipe).
