Due to a manufacturing assembly issue, that has since been corrected, the radiator may have been damaged during assembly. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History ? Open Campaigns I.D. PC708 - New vehicles in dealer inventory can be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Please do not drive, sell or trade the specific vehicles in Dealer Inventory subject to this Quality Action. 3. LEAF certified technicians must use the attached procedure to replace the radiator. 4. Nissan will automatically ship parts to dealers with affected vehicles either in stock or intransit. Dealers do not need to order parts. - Please refer to the automatic parts shipment list included with this announcement - Parts should begin to arrive on August 1, 2019 5.
