The condition may occur when the customer exits remote start and selects either REVERSE or DRIVE without first depressing the brake pedal. Disconnect the battery for 2 minutes and clear the DTCs. Advise the customer to first apply and hold the brake pedal before selecting REVERSE or DRIVE after a remote start event. Do not attempt any repairs at this time.
