Fault: S 0392 - No communication with engine electronics is displayed. Many other modules will have CAN faults stored due to missing messages from the DME (transmitter). Fuse 83 (5A) is open. When the turbocharger coolant pump is activated by the DME, the initial starting current could briefly exceed the 5A rating of Fuse 83 causing this fuse to blow.
