This is especially important when initiating pump operations. The driver must engage the service brakes when selecting Drive after the truck has been reversed. Failure to do so will prevent the transmission from engaging any forward gear to drive the pump. The indicators in the cab and on the pump panel will indicate that all interlock conditions have not been met for pump operations to proceed. ?Okay to Pump? will not be displayed. To resume normal pump operations, apply the service brakes, select Neutral, and then re-select Drive so 4th gear lock-up and ?Okay to Pump? conditions can be achieved.","document":{"url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2018/MC-10129013-9999.pdf","alternate_url":"https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2018/MC-10129013-0001.pdf","confirmed":false},"url":"https://open.wenmarpro.com/bulletins/10129013","components":[{"id":"equipment","name":"Equipment and accessories","parent":null},{"id":"labels-manuals","name":"Labels and manuals","parent":null}],"codes":[],"topics":[],"vehicles":[{"make":"FREIGHTLINER","model":"M2","year_from":2013,"year_to":2017,"match":"exact","vehicle_ids":["2013_freightliner_m2","2014_freightliner_m2","2015_freightliner_m2","2016_freightliner_m2","2017_freightliner_m2"]}],"as_of":"2026-10-19","note":"A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it.
