SERVICE INFORMATION Whenever either or both charge air coolers (intercooler) on an applied vehicle?s VR30DDTT V6 engine is removed and reinstalled/replaced for any reason, make sure to properly bleed the charge air cooler (intercooler) cooling system. Use the SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin for the proper intercooler cooling system bleeding. - The procedure in this bulletin is different than what is currently in the Electronic Service Manuals (ESMs). - The ESMs will be updated at a later date.
