Using a calibrated digital tire pressure gauge, adjust the tire pressure to specification and do not refer to the pressure displayed in the message center. During the PDI, the vehicle must be driven over 20 mph (32 kph) for at least 2 minutes to update the pressure displayed and turn off the tire pressure warning. It is not necessary to train or activate sensors with the service tool during PDI.
