THE PARK BRAKE SYSTEM MAY NOT PREVENT THE VEHICLE FROM MOVING, EVEN WITH THE PARK BRAKE PEDAL FULLY DEPRESSED. THE PARK BRAKE SYSTEM MAY ALSO REMAIN PARTIALLY ENGAGED WHEN THE PEDAL IS RELEASED, CAUSING THE BRAKES HOES TO DRAG ON THE DRUM AND POTENTIALLY OVERHEAT THE BRAKES.
