The dealership must call TAC to establish a TAC case number and authorization to order the Rechargeable Energy Storage System (RESS) or any of the internal components listed below. TAC or Engineering will then provide guidance if internal components should be replaced or if the RESS should be replaced. If it is to be replaced, TAC will call the Battery Service Center (BSC) to order the Drive Motor Battery.
