## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain vehicles, the second\-row seats may not detect an obstruction when the power folding functions are used. If this happens, the seat\(s\) may continue moving even if there's an obstruction.

Note: This recall only affects certain Ultimate Calligraphy models equipped with second\-row captain chairs.

Safety Risk:

A seat that doesn't stop moving could increase the risk of injury.

Corrective actions:

To reduce the safety risk, Hyundai advises you to ensure the second\-row seats are empty before using the power folding functions. Hyundai will notify owners in writing and send a wireless over\-the\-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the rear power seat software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a Hyundai dealership.
