## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain trucks, the second\-row seat belt anchors may not be properly attached. As a result, the seat belt\(s\) could detach in a crash.

Safety Risk:

A seat belt that detaches could increase the risk of injury in a crash.

Corrective Actions:

FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, secure the second\-row seat belt buckle\(s\) to the body.
