## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain trucks, the passenger\-side seat belt anchor may not have been secured to the floor properly. As a result, the seat belt could detach in a crash.

Note: For the MD model, this recall also affects certain 2025 model year MD electric vehicles.

Safety Risk:

A seat belt that detaches could increase the risk of injury in a crash.

Corrective Actions:

Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to reinforce the passenger\-side seat belt anchor.
