# Transport Canada recall 2025449 A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups. - Published by: Transport Canada \(Canada\) - Campaign number: 2025449 - Manufacturer's number: 25S89 - Reported: 2025\-09\-03 - Component: Visual System - Notification type: Safety Mfr - Units potentially affected: 122125 ## What is wrong Issue: On certain vehicles, there could be a problem with the connections inside the rearview camera. As a result, the rearview camera image may not display correctly or at all when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Note: For certain models, this recall also affects incomplete vehicles. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rearview camera. ## Vehicles this campaign lists - 2017 FORD ECONOLINE - 2018 FORD ECONOLINE - 2019 FORD ECONOLINE - 2017 FORD ECONOLINE CUTAWAY CHASSIS CAB - 2018 FORD ECONOLINE CUTAWAY CHASSIS CAB - 2019 FORD ECONOLINE CUTAWAY CHASSIS CAB - [2015 FORD EDGE](/makes/ford/edge/2015/recalls.md) - [2016 FORD EDGE](/makes/ford/edge/2016/recalls.md) - [2017 FORD EDGE](/makes/ford/edge/2017/recalls.md) - [2018 FORD EDGE](/makes/ford/edge/2018/recalls.md) - [2015 FORD EXPEDITION](/makes/ford/expedition/2015/recalls.md) - [2016 FORD EXPEDITION](/makes/ford/expedition/2016/recalls.md) - [2017 FORD EXPEDITION](/makes/ford/expedition/2017/recalls.md) - [2015 FORD F\-250 CHASSIS CAB](/makes/ford/f-250/2015/recalls.md).
