## What is wrong

Issue:

On a small number of trucks, the wrong instrument panel cluster may have been installed. As a result, the instrument panel cluster will not provide warnings to the driver when or before an advanced driver assistance system is activated. This can include the lane departure warning system and/or the automatic emergency braking system. Additionally, the "set" indicator for the adaptive cruise control \(ACC\) will not be displayed when the ACC is activated.

Note: This recall only affects trucks equipped with optional advanced driver assistance systems \(ADAS\).

Safety Risk:

Advanced driver assistance system warnings that don't work properly could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:

Isuzu will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the instrument panel cluster.
