## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain vehicles, the high\-voltage coolant heater \(HVCH\) could fail. If this happens, you may experience reduced cabin heat, and the windshield defrost system may not work properly.

Safety Risk:

A windshield defroster that doesn't work may cause reduced visibility and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:

Lucid will notify owners by email and send a wireless over\-the\-air software update. This software will monitor the HVCH and warn you if it detects a problem. A Lucid service center will replace the HVCH, if necessary.
