## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain vehicles, plate\(s\) in the headliner could detach and hit an occupant if the side curtain airbags deploy in a crash.

Safety Risk:

Headliner plate\(s\) that hit an occupant could create a risk of injury.

Corrective Actions:

Kia will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to add adhesive tape to secure the plates to the headliner.
