# Transport Canada recall 2023341 A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups. - Published by: Transport Canada \(Canada\) - Campaign number: 2023341 - Manufacturer's number: 23C20 - Reported: 2023\-06\-09 - Component: Seats And Restraints - Notification type: Compliance Mfr - Units potentially affected: 32328 ## What is wrong Issue: On certain vehicles, the owner's manual doesn't include instructions for how to remove or adjust the head restraint for the centre seating positions. Canadian regulations require this information be included in the owner's manual. Safety Risk: Missing instructions for how to remove or adjust head restraints could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and provide you with an owner's manual insert with instructions for how to remove and adjust the centre seat head restraints. ## Vehicles this campaign lists - [2018 FORD EXPEDITION](/makes/ford/expedition/2018/recalls.md) - [2019 FORD EXPEDITION](/makes/ford/expedition/2019/recalls.md) - [2020 FORD EXPEDITION](/makes/ford/expedition/2020/recalls.md) - [2021 FORD EXPEDITION](/makes/ford/expedition/2021/recalls.md) - [2022 FORD EXPEDITION](/makes/ford/expedition/2022/recalls.md) - [2023 FORD EXPEDITION](/makes/ford/expedition/2023/recalls.md) - [2019 FORD F\-250 SUPER DUTY](/makes/ford/f-250/2019/recalls.md).
