## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain Wrangler 4xe plug\-in hybrid electric vehicles \(PHEV\), the wrong bolt may have been used to connect the high\-voltage battery fuse. As a result, the fuse could overheat and fail. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels.

Note: This is an expansion of recall Z71 \(Transport Canada recall 2022\-582\).

Safety Risk:

A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:

FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the 200 A fuse assembly in the high\-voltage battery. If necessary, the dealer will replace the fuse assembly or the high\-voltage battery pack.
