## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain plug\-in hybrid \(PHEV\) models, a defect in the fuel tank could cause it to leak at the seam.

Safety Risk:

A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire.

Corrective Actions:

Hyundai will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the fuel tank.
