- Published by: Transport Canada \(Canada\)
- Campaign number: 2022498
- Manufacturer's number: PC915
- Reported: 2022\-09\-02
- Component: Seats And Restraints
- Notification type: Compliance Mfr
- Units potentially affected: 493

## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain vehicles, the left\- and right\-rear seat belts may not retract to their storage position. Canadian regulations require seat belts to retract fully when not in use.

Safety Risk:

A seat belt that doesn't retract properly could be difficult to use. Not wearing a seat belt can increase the risk of injury in a crash.

Corrective Actions:

Nissan will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the left\- and right\-rear seat belts. They will be replaced, if necessary.
