## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain vehicles, the head restraints on the third\-row \(rear\) seats may not have been properly welded. As a result, the head restraint could move or detach from the seat in a crash.

Safety Risk:

Head restraints that move or detach in a crash could increase the risk of an injury.

Corrective Action:

Nissan will contact owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the third\-row seat head restraints. To reduce the safety risk, Nissan recommends that you should not use the third row rear seats until the recall repairs are completed.
