## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain trucks, the U\-bolts that attach the rear axle to the suspension may not be properly tightened. As a result, the axle could slide back and separate from the propeller shaft. If this happens, there could be a sudden loss of power to the wheels.

Safety Risk:

A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:

Isuzu will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect and, if necessary, replace and tighten the rear axle U\-bolt nuts.
