- Published by: Transport Canada \(Canada\)
- Campaign number: 2020487
- Manufacturer's number: 2020\-1
- Reported: 2020\-10\-16
- Component: Wheels
- Notification type: Safety Mfr

## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain vehicles, the wheel nuts could crack resulting in a reduced clamping force.

Note: This recall is an expansion of recall 2020\-1 \(Transport Canada Recall No. 2019\-478\). Vehicles repaired under that recall do not need a second repair under this recall.

Safety Risk:

A cracked wheel nut could affect the vehicle's handling and control, and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action:

The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to replace all three wheel nuts.
