## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain trucks equipped with dual rear wheels and work truck trim level, the roof\-mounted front clearance and identification lamps were not installed. Canadian regulations require these lamps on vehicles that are more than 2,032 mm \(80“\) wide.

Safety Risk:

A vehicle without clearance and identification lamps could be less visible to other road users, which could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:

General Motors will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to install the missing clearance and identification lamps.
