## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain vehicles, the bracket that attaches the head restraint to the second\-row left seat may not have been fully welded. As a result, the head restraint could move in a crash.

Safety Risk:

A head restraint that does not remain in place in a crash could create a increase the risk of injury.

Corrective Actions:

Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Ford or Lincoln dealer to inspect and replace the second\-row seat structure, if necessary.
