A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

- Published by: Transport Canada \(Canada\)
- Campaign number: 2020155
- Manufacturer's number: FL\-847
- Reported: 2020\-04\-09
- Component: Label
- Notification type: Compliance Mfr
- Units potentially affected: 5

## What is wrong

Issue:

On certain trucks, the compliance label lists an incorrect Gross Axle Weight Rating \(GAWR\). This could lead to overloading and cause poor handling or a tire failure.

Safety Risk:

Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and result in a crash.

Corrective Actions:

Daimler Trucks North America \(DTNA\) will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take the truck to a DTNA authorized service facility to install a label with the correct GAWR. For one of the involved trucks, the tires will also be replaced.
