## What is wrong

Issue:

Over time, the wiring to the side airbag sensors in the front doors could corrode. This could cause the front seat\-mounted side airbags and curtain shield airbags not to work properly.

Note: This problem would cause the airbag warning light \(SRS warning\) to turn on.

Safety Risk:

Airbags that do not work properly in a crash could create an increased risk of injury.

Corrective Actions:

The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to replace the front door wire harness assemblies, as necessary.
