## What is wrong

On certain trailers, the safety chain installed does not exceed the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating \(GVWR\) of the trailer. If the trailer were to become uncoupled from the vehicle, underrated safety chains could fail causing the trailer to separate from the towing vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the underrated safety chains.
