What is wrong

On certain vehicles, long-term exposure to high absolute humidity and temperature, combined with high temperature cycling, could eventually degrade the propellant contained in the passenger frontal airbag. This could cause the airbag to deploy with more force than normal. As a result, if the vehicle were involved in a collision that warrants airbag deployment, fragments could be propelled toward vehicle occupants, and the airbag assembly could be damaged, preventing proper function. These issues could increase the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the passenger frontal airbag inflator. Note: Canadian climate results in the propellant degrading slowly. The recall is being conducted as a precaution to address future risk, and is expected to replace airbag inflators before their function would be affected.

55111275A2022-09-26. Service bulletin. Sun Sensor Multi zone Auto Climate Control systems. Left and right outlet temperatures do not match when system is in "sync" . Occupants will experience being cold ( winter time), on either passenger or driver side, even though the temperature setting is the same. Root cause: Suspect sun senors ( PN 55111274AA and 55111275AA). THERE WILL BE NO DTC FOR THE SUN SENSOR active or stored. The issue is diagnosed by using an INCANDESCENT (not LED) shop lamp. Shine the shop lamp on the left side of the sensor, then on the right side of the sensor, while monitoring sensor output with STARSCAN. The reading should change from 0 (or near zero) to about 20 to 40. The important thing is that the left and right readings are the same, and that they change when the lamp is shone on it.
21041142022-09-26. Service bulletin. 845RE Harsh 2-1 Downshift This bulletin involves replacing the transmission valve body. A small number of customers may experience a bump sensation during a 2-1 downshift. This condition can occur at any transmission temperature and is most noticeable during light braking or while coasting to a stop. No Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) will be set as a result of this.
21028142022-09-26. Service bulletin. Flash: Transmission Shift Enhancements This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Transmission Control Module (TCM) with new software. The following Transmission Control Module (TCM) calibration improvements are available for vehicles equipped with WA580 Automatic Transmission (Sales Code DGJ) and are broken down per engine application.3.6L Engine Hanging in gear during HOT ambient temperature conditions and high engine loads. Excessive pedal needed to downshift in high altitudes (i.e. passing). Poor shift quality, or high transmission temperatures during track or sport driving.5.7L Engine Hanging in gear at high engine speeds during aggressive driving. Gear shift point enhancements during high load or race track driving. Excessive pedal needed to downshift in high altitudes (i.e. passing). Poor shift quality or high transmission temperatures during track or sport driving. Improved acceleration response from speeds greater than 36 Mph (58 Kph) (Japan Market Only). Bump sensation felt during deceleration or braking.6.4L Engine Bump sensation felt during deceleration or braking. Inconsistent downshift during Wide Open Throttle (WOT) accelerations at highway speeds (i.e. passing). Transmission enhancements to improve acceleration while in reverse going uphill on steep grades.3.0L Engine (LX Only) Erratic excessive shifting during low speed, light pedal driving.
08-005-17 REV. A2022-08-08. Service bulletin. Clockspring Replacement (X68 Warranty Extension) This bulletin involves diagnosing the clockspring/Steering Angle Sensor (SAS).If the diagnostic tests indicate the clockspring/SAS requires replacement, replace the clockspring, upper and lower steering column shrouds and steering wheel back cover. Some customers may experience the illumination of the airbag warning lamp or traction control indicator lamp. Upon further investigation the technician may find one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set: B1B00 - Driver Airbag Squib 1 Circuit Low. B1B01 - Driver Airbag Squib 1 Circuit High. B1B02 - Driver Airbag Squib 1 Circuit Open. B1B03 - Driver Airbag Squib 1 Circuit Shorted Together. B1B04 - Driver Airbag Squib 2 Circuit Low.
