## What is wrong

On certain vehicles equipped with 1.4L engines, there may be a software calibration fault in the Powertrain Control Module \(PCM\) which could cause a delayed throttle response to accelerate or maintain vehicle speed. A loss of vehicle propulsion could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the PCM with revised software.
